Tidwell's Plumbing LLC

Feedback on Tidwell's Plumbing LLC of Phenix City, Alabama runs in two directions. On the good side, one customer praises Kevin by name, saying the job was finished and the crew stayed to make sure the problem was actually fixed, and plans to use the company for all future plumbing needs. On the other side, a customer who booked a clogged drain visit says the appointment was canceled and left them waiting four days under the impression the visit was still on, and a business that paid thousands for plumbing during a store remodel tells people to call someone else. With reviews this divided, call ahead to confirm scheduling and the scope of work before you book.
