Rusco Plumbing Co

About Rusco Plumbing Co

For Rusco Plumbing Co in Phenix City, Alabama, customer reports range from a job handled with care to appointments that fell apart. One happy customer says the company came to the house, did the work respectfully, and earned the status of first call for any future plumbing needs. Others fared worse: one caller asking for same day service to install a garbage disposal says the on call person answered with excuses and lies about why the visit could not happen, and a homeowner who needed bathroom remodeling help, plumbing issues and all, says they were told service calls were not being taken. With reports this uneven, call ahead to confirm what work is being scheduled and what current response times look like.
