Perez Plumbing & Gas LLC

Perez Plumbing & Gas LLC works both sides of the trade, water and gas, going by the jobs customers describe. One household had a water pressure reduction valve replaced at the street and an electric water heater changed over to gas, finished under budget and right the first time. Another caller, sent over by an air conditioning technician, had a water leak in the front yard traced and repaired, with fair, honest, and prompt service noted. One reviewer calls it refreshing to deal with a professional you can count on. The rating averages, so experiences vary, but the described work is concrete: water heater conversions, pressure valve replacement, and outdoor leak repair. Call to confirm coverage for your job.
