First Action Plumbing

First Action Plumbing works in Anniston on water heater and general plumbing jobs, that splits between strong praise and serious complaints. On the positive side, customers describe Judd installing a tankless water heater on time, explaining the problem with the old unit and getting the household taken care of, while Ken and Lee fixed several plumbing leaks and were very responsive. On the other side, one customer reports a repiping and fixture reinstall bid that came in at $10,000 in June 2025 and grew to $16,000 when the owner visited the property. With a small review base and mixed outcomes, call first, describe your job and confirm scope and pricing in writing before scheduling a large project.
