Capstone Plumbing

Capstone Plumbing in Alabaster sits at the top of its customer record, and longtime customers say they use the company for all their plumbing jobs, from small leaks to big, big leaks to kitchen renovations. Leak work of every size is therefore routine, and remodel plumbing for kitchens is part of the mix. Emergencies are covered too: one customer's after-hours emergency call for a warranty claim was met promptly by technician Ransom, who did a thorough, professional job. On standard calls, customers describe techs who arrive on time, check out the problem, and answer every question with courtesy. Clogs get cleared as well, including a main drain on a house built 26 years earlier, unclogged after a phone walkthrough of the layout. Prompt, thorough, and courteous is the pattern customers keep repeating.
