Ponder Plumbing

In Sylacauga, Ponder Plumbing draws a 4.2 average from that show both sides of the business. On the positive side, customers name Alec and Luke for an incredible job replacing a tankless water heater under warranty and call the service excellent. Water heater installation is part of the workload, though one customer reports the crew set the new unit in with nothing between it and hardwood floors that were destroyed in the process. Drain work with a snake comes up in another account, and it is not a happy one: the reviewer says the technicians could not figure out the simple tool and advises calling an actual plumber instead. Weigh the pattern, and call with direct questions before you book.
