McKenzie Plumbing LLC

About McKenzie Plumbing LLC

Trust is the theme in the feedback for McKenzie Plumbing LLC. One customer, a single woman who figured she might be taken advantage of, describes the opposite: the crew came when they were maybe too busy, fixed everything, including climbing under the house, and treated her fairly. Water heater calls get the same treatment: a Friday 3:00 pm call about a dead hot water heater brought a 5:00 pm arrival, and the old unit was repaired instead of a replacement being pushed. Honest diagnosis over bigger tickets is the thread connecting both stories.
