Faith Plumbing Services

Two very different stories come out of the customer feedback for Faith Plumbing Services in Prattville. On the satisfied side, one household has used the company for all of its plumbing needs and reports thorough, professional work that has never disappointed. Another praises Mark, who came out on a Saturday and unclogged a pipe another company had failed to clear, after that company had talked about $1000 worth of work. On the unhappy side, one review calls a water heater installation a total rip-off: $1150 charged to install a unit while the homeowner was out of town, on a heater that had cost $368 at the store. The overall rating stays high, and the Saturday rescue story is the kind customers repeat. Still, the price complaint is a fair reason to ask for a clear, written quote before agreeing to any job here.
