Cherokee Services Plumbing Co.

In Tallassee, Cherokee Services Plumbing Co. is known to its customers simply as Cherokee Plumbing, and Derrick is the plumber they name when they tell the story. Customers describe finished work rather than promises: one household counts three completed jobs with complete satisfaction, including an aging water heater that had grown so noisy all indications pointed to a new one. Another customer found a leak in a water line on their side of the meter and got a callback from Derrick about 30 minutes after leaving a message. Dependable, knowledgeable and quick are the words used. Between water heater changes and water line leak calls, the picture is of a small shop that answers its phone, shows up and finishes the job, with the same plumber carrying it from first call to finished fix.
