Tracy Duncan Plumbing

A mixed customer record sits behind Tracy Duncan Plumbing in Jasper. The good reports are warm: one household hired the crew for two separate jobs and found the plumber super nice both times, starting work the moment he walked in and always calling before he came; another thought the water heater was out with nothing but a drip of hot water, left a message and had Tracy return the call within five minutes; a third praises the team for fixing an old, leaky toilet in under an hour at a cost worth paying. The complaints matter too: one customer says the crew made three visits to unclog a laboratory drain and damaged the cabinet, P-trap and tail piece along the way, then would not answer the phone afterward. Call ahead, settle the scope and price first, and go from there.
