Beck's Plumbing

Beck's Plumbing works as a plumber in Florence, and its customer record is a rough one. The feedback splits between strong praise and sharp complaints. On the good side, one customer reports very professional, fast service, with a water heater installed right away and Rusty making the scheduling easy. On the bad side, reviewers describe a technician who cursed them out, left without cleaning up and would not discuss payment arrangements; another says the man on the phone was rude and disrespectful to both spouses on the line and that the visit arrived in another company's truck. Even unhappy reviewers give the older gentleman at the shop credit, noting he is not the one doing the field work. Homeowners weighing this shop should call first, ask exactly who will show up and settle payment terms before any work begins.
