Cox Plumbing Solutions

Rex Cox of Cox Plumbing Solutions in Shelby builds the kind of customer base where the same household reports several jobs handled well, one after another, and keeps calling. The reviews list the everyday rescues: a water heater fixed by a caring, professional and very knowledgeable staff who arrived on time and finished quickly, a tough clog at a house the buyer had just moved into, worked on until it cleared, and a bathroom sink that had leaked for ages from a bad installation, put right in a very fast manner. Water heater repairs, drain clogs and leaking fixtures are the calls on file, politeness and speed come up as constants, and one reviewer wishes the rating scale went to ten stars.
