About Keith The Plumber LLC
Keith The Plumber LLC answers to its name. Technicians customers name include Patrick Sims, Tony, Joey, and Kenneth, credited with fast, polite, persistent work. The jobs described run from clogged pipes hunted down until the real problem turned up, to a pipe issue the household never knew about, quoted and fixed in one visit with no mess left behind, to a new water heater quoted on the spot once the first repair was done. After hours calls are part of the mix, with one customer describing a quick after hours diagnosis and repair by Tony. The owner replies to reviewers by name, thanking them for the stars, which gives the feedback an unusually personal feel.
